Shipping/Tracking
We dispatch and ship orders Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. When your order dispatches and ships, you will receive a secondary email notice with details, and your tracking number if your method of shipping provides this, and a link to view this information online.
If your order validates for shipment with trackingnumber, you will recieve an email with easy access to trace your order.
Delivery
Our carrier delivers from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays in Norway. For other countries, please check with your local shipper or post office.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

- Standard shipping/Pick Up at local post office from 129,- NOK
- Pick up at Bryggen, free.
Returns
Items should be returned within 14 days. All returns has to arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. The original shipping charge is not refundable. If you believe there is something wrong with your product, the item can be refunded or we will ship you a replacement for the damaged item received.- We need a copy of a valid receipt included with the return.
- The item has to be returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
