What it is:
3 pieces of Palo Santo is said to relieve common colds, flu symptoms, stress, asthma, anxiety, headaches & depression. It has been used for centuries. I will not say that it works all of these wonders. I personally use it as a nightly ritual to destress, and I think it smells amazing and it is also a cute interior detail.
How to:
Light it up for a few seconds while holding it at a 45 degree angle. Blow it out and place on a fire proof plate or bowl*
